community events. Our cast members: Ivelisse Roig, Jonathan Anderson,
Lorna S. McLain and Elvis O. Serrano will be interviewing and show
casing the segments. El Balcon de Cleveland will feature topics that
can be identified in the Cleveland Latino community as top priority.

and positive views of the city of Cleveland.
